ROTAX 915 iSc (141HP) engine
The airplane’s maximum take-off weight is 750 kg and it has an empty weight of 465 kg, giving a 285 kg useful load capability. With a 120-litre fuel tank capacity, the BRISTELL B23 is “a very good cruiser. The airframe is designed for long life and has a robust structure” says Milan Bristela.
BRISTELL has produced more than 800 LSA aircraft worldwide, has launched the BRISTELL B23, its next generation low-wing airplane. The B23 has been designed to satisfy the European CS23 / U.S. FAR23 certification basis. BRISTELL says it “listened to feedback from many customers worldwide” before designing the new aircraft.
While the airplane looks very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, there is in fact far more to the new design. The fuselage is longer and the tail is larger, with an aluminium rudder; the flaps and stabiliser are bigger and more efficient; the composite main landing gear legs have been redesigned completely to be able to carry much higher loads than previous Bristell models; and the aircraft’s handling characteristics are much improved. In addition, a twin elevator trim tab function helps the pilot to optimise the forces on the control stick.
Basic equipment includes steerable nose wheel and a BRS ballistic parachute rescue system. The standard equipped aircraft also meets night-VFR requirements and can be upgraded to meet IFR requirements.

While the BRISTELL B23 Turbo is very similar to the classic BRISTELL LSA, its design has been fundamentally redesigned to withstand much higher loads than previous BRISTELL UL-LSA models.

Large luggage compartment
BRISTELL B23 Turbo is certified including the luggage compartment 2x20 kg in both wings. As well as in the luggage compartment 15 kg behind the seats. In total you can load 55 kg of luggage into the aircraft and you still have 250 kg of payload left. This makes the BRISTELL B23 the winner among GA aircraft worldwide.

BRISTELL B23 Turbo is already certified as standard with a hydraulically adjustable three-blade constantspeed propeller to take advantage of the maximum power of the ROTAX engine, both in ascending mode and maximum speed in horizontal flight.

The aircraft will be under your full control even when taxiing. BRISTELL B23 Turbo is produced only with steerable nose wheel controlled by rudder pedals.
